Returns & Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope you are completely happy with your purchase from DSR Outfitters. If your merchandise is defective, please contact us at customerservice@dsroutfitters.com. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to begin the return/exchange process. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered, used or washed.  DSR Outfitters reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.  Buyer to be responsible for return shipping cost. Your return/exchange will be processed as soon as we receive the item. Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed. Thank you for shopping with us!
